The SMABTP Group Rated A+
In February 2020, the Group initiated a rating process which resulted in SMA SA receiving an A+ rating with a stable outlook from Fitch Ratings. This rating was confirmed in July 2023 and supplemented by a second A+ rating for SMABTP. In September 2024, these ratings were confirmed again, acknowledging the Group’s recent acquisitions that diversified its activities and strengthened its international presence. The Group also reduced its equity exposure, lowering its risky assets ratio from 90% at the end of 2022 to 74% at the end of 2023. These results reflect the Group's financial solidity as well as its excellent practices in capitalization and provisioning.
